Stores 54
Gallons
Ready for your watering needs, this barrel replenishes its supply every time it rains. A 1000 sq. ft. roof area will collect over 300 gallons of water during a 1/2 inch rainfall, so consider this rain barrel a real solution for natures unpredictable weather situations. Be prepared for upcoming droughts with a water reserve that can help plants survive. Barrel size is 36
inches tall by 23 inches round.

Automatic
Overflow Included
Nothing to watch, nothing to flip. The large capacity overflow located on the back of the barrel will automatically divert excess rain to gardens, planting beds, shrubs, trees, a desired soak area or your beautiful rain garden. The provided 6 foot overflows can be easily extended with inexpensive sump pump hose for extra watering tasks.

Childproof
Design
It's all one piece, with a closed top, so you won't need to worry about children, pets or wildlife getting inside. Fully screened, it's mosquito proof too.

Versatile,
Convenient
The solid brass spigot is threaded so you can attach a garden hose directly to the barrel, and access points are located at two different heights for fitting the spigot to either location for dispensing. An adapter is provided for attaching a hose directly to the barrel if desired (while leaving the spigot installed).

Superior Quality
Built with only the best materials, it's a full 1/4 inch thick. Colored throughout with over 20 pounds of UV protected plastic (partially recycled) that won't scratch or fade and will stand up to the forces of nature for years to come. Other features such as the solid brass threaded spigot, rigid aluminum intake screen, wood grain detailing and natural color choices set this rain barrel far above any other available.

A Garden Artifact
The combination of color, shape, texture and graphics are crafted to complement the surrounding landscape. The attributes of the rainsaver are intended to enhance the overall esthetic garden and yard design among plants, rocks, buildings, fences and walls. This is a rain barrel you can display proudly rather than seeking a remote castaway spot to hide it.

Convenience
By placing the rainsaver in your backyard or garden landscape an easily accessible supply of water is available for various garden and outdoor uses Placing multiple barrels at various location will maximize your rain retention and enable convenient access for watering opportunities. Our barrel also features two access points so that you can use a watering can or connect a hose directly to the bottom with the included adaptor.

Easy Setup
It arrives fully assembled for quick setup. Just cut the existing downspout about 46 inches from the ground, and add a 60 degree elbow to the end (you probably already have this part on the existing downspout). Now just situate the rainbarrel so water will land anywhere within the recessed top. Water will collect on the top surface and funnel into the barrel through the screened intake opening. The downspout does not need to be placed directly over the screens, or directly into the barrel (this enables uncomplicated setup, and avoids precision downspout reconfiguration).

Screened Intake
At the rain collection area a screened opening prevents insect entry into the barrel while filtering debris from incoming water. The overflow is also securely screened to prevent backside insect entry.

Water Quality
Collected water awaits your plants at favorable temperatures rather than cold well water. Your plants will appreciate water that has not been treated with chemicals, and the dark color of our Rainsavers filters sunlight to prevent excessive organic growth. Do keep in mind that this plant favorable water should not be considered suitable for human or animal drinking as it will not be cleaned of natural organic materials.

Water Conservation
Water needs of today are quickly closing in on available supplies. The Spruce Creek Rainsaver enables the user to gather and draw upon their own replenishable water resources preparing for droughts and helping to manage rainfall surges.

Stormwater Management
Ideal for conserving water, rain barrels are also useful tools to help manage storm runoff. Since so much ground absorption footprint has been lost to homes, buildings, parking lots and roads, it is essential to slow the immediate runoff from flash storms and prolonged rains. The Spruce Creek Rainsaver can collect and disperse rains to useful areas allowing slow absorption back to the ground aquifer.

Connecting Rainsavers
You can connect 2 or more of our rainbarrels together using a special linking adapter. Simply exchange the overflow fitting from the second barrel, connect rainsavers together, and water will flow to 2nd barrel once 1st barrel is full. Cost $15.00 including delivery. Instructions included. (keep in mind that you may have greater water storage by setting up rain barrels at different locations that collect from alternate parts of your roof).
